The I-Tag was the first produced in 1998 and has since become synonymous with efficient data capture in extremes of environment. Already in use in Antarctica for research ID, the I-Tag is rapidly becoming accepted as an industry standard for Livestock Identification throughout the world.

DEFRA Approved in the UK for official identification of Cattle and designed on the Supertag system for bloodless snag free application, the I-Tag is a Tamperproof ISO standard FDX-B Button eartag.

Available in OTP/WORM format each button is encoded to WYSIWYG format - What you see is what you get: The same number printed on the outside as encoded on the transponder chip.
